This crystal has intense color saturation, about the most deep evergreen hue I have ever seen from this mine, and yet it is surprisingly gemmy and translucent/transparent, as well. It is so clear that you can see fingers through, despite its thickness. The piece is complete all around and terminated at both ends, though the terminations are scalloped, matte faces. The color grades from evergreen to grassy green and back again, over the length of the crystal.Joe Budd Photos
