A very sculptural vug in sturdy gossan matrix is filled with sparkly, multi-hued green smithsonite microcrystals in bubbly, botryoidal form. This fine piece is from the famed mines at Laurium, Greece and is probably old. A very highly representative specimen from this historic locale.
