This specimen came out of China in the mid-1980s. It was purchased by Richard Kosnar along with a few other specimens of similar quality and size. The piece itself is a good sized "floater rosette" of Azurite feature rather large, blocky, somewhat lustrous, sharp, deep blue tabular crystals which are associated with minor mint-green Malachite.
