Hoppered crystals are a classic habit for Vanadinite from worldwide locations but rarely seen in such large size outside of Morocco, and therefore this single, complex thumbnail-sized crystal is outstanding. Yuma Mine vanadinites compare favorably with the best United States vanadinites, including the Apache and North Geronimo Mines. This is a lustrous, orange-yellow, hoppered crystal of a great size from Yuma.
