A very rich and vibrant, red-orange specimen of Crocoite featuring an abundance very lustrous, prismatic crystals with the classic orange-red color that originates from the Red River Lower Pocket discovery. The stunning, highly lustrous, color-saturated Crocoite crystals occur in divergent sprays that are richly clustered in an incredibly aesthetic manner that is visually striking. Many of the crystals measure up to nearly 2 cm and are perfectly terminated. The bottom of the piece shows that the crystals sit on a colorful gossan matrix. Large pieces like this small cabinet specimen are not common and rarely have the Crocoite artfully displayed as this one does not to mention preserved terminations!
