Jackstraw sprays of robust, brassy Millerite crystals are aesthetically set on matrix from this classic, old locale. A significant specimen for richness and size: the slender Millerites reach up to 7 mm, are exceptionally well-preserved, and very rich. Certainly a specimen from the 1800s, this is out of the Smithsonian (possibly Bosch although for some reason his name is not on the label, though the numbering is consistent). Better in person, as it has subtle depths and sparkle when held in the hand.
