A significant, museum sized and displayable, nickeline specimen from this historic mine. While bismuth is common, Nickeline specimens are rare from the famous deposits at Pohla. Oxidized, coppery Nickeline crystals with added shimmering multicolored (slightly blueish) iridescence are aesthetically intergrown with crystallized and massive, matte-gray native Bismuth on this very rich combination cabinet piece. Stacked, intergrown crystals form beautiful, 3-dimensional rows to 2 centimeters long. Rare, and much more attractive in person, this is a significant cabinet specimen from this important locale, and is from Obodda's well known German suite. 700 grams (about 2 pounds!).
