A remarkable locality piece - BUTTE coppers are very scarce. This is a legitimate specimen with documentation that it was collected by a prominent Butte collector in the 1960s. I obtained it in trade from another prominent Butte collector, and he provided a label and the story. It isn't pretty, but it IS significant for this important mine!
