A highly unusual, elongated tourmaline crystal showing what seems to be a "twist" in growth. This is just a bizarre piece, with intense pink-magenta saturated color as well. This is almost certainly (given the locality) the rarer variety of tourmaline Liddicoatite, and not rubellite tourmaline, but has not been analyzed to confirm. Joe Budd photos
