A showy, metallic-bright, columnar, jet-black manganite crystal from Ilfeld, Germany. The crystal is nicely terminated. These CLASSIC, OLD-TIMERS were all found prior to 1900. The prism shows contacting on two sides, but no damage, per se and is certainly not a detraction.
