A rare specimen of Italian botryoidal calcite, actually quite aesthetic in addition to being uncommon. Dozens of translucent greenish-yellow balls are set in a very showy vug against dark volcanic basalt. The 1.5 cm, amber ball highlights this fine piece from the Wesley Stark Collection.
