A very displayable small cab with a surface covered in sharp crystals to 2 cm, sticking out at you. In person, its MUCH more velvety in texture and sharp in appearance. The cluster atop, freestanding and shooting off into space, adds a dramatic flourish. A fine piece at a fair price, I think, for a good plate under $1000.
