A remarkable and important large crystal, showing a good top termination though with some contact and damage to the sides. Ex. American Museum of Natural History and shows a Bement collection numbering on the bottom, along with the "arrow" that the AMNH curator Gratacap used to show alignment of specimens on a display shelf. This indicates the piece was on display after the donation of the Bement collection around 1910, by JP Morgan. The piece is not as ugly as it looks, in person, and is from a very important old find
