Superb, GEMMY, GEM crystal with some attached matrix from the world's premier classic locality for Epidote. This crystal even goes beyond what you normally find from there. In addition to being sharp, water clear, and lustrous, the bladed crystal is much larger and thicker than classically seen from Knappenwald. This is a fabulous specimen by any standard!
