- Cuprian Adamite
- Hilarion Mine, Lavrion Mining Dist., Lavreotiki, East Attica, Attica, Greece
- Miniature, 3.8 x 1.8 x 1.2 cm
A long, winding formation of botryoidal adamite "inches" along the matrix like a wiggling worm in the dirt. This is one of the longer pieces we acquired in a lot of COVID-era mining discoveries from the historic Hilarion mine, in the region of Lavrion, which has played a major role in mining in Greece for several centuries.
