A fascinating mimetite specimen composed of crystals growing one out of the other, reaching for the sky. This is an OLD piece, from the first oxide zone circa early 1900s. It is highly unusual in appearance. I cannot recall seeing one quite like this. Not the most beautiful from Tsumeb, but certainly a locality oddity, and it has a moderate luster and a mustard color.
