Rich clusters of teal blue, prismatic caledonite crystals to 4 mm grace this superb specimen from this distinguished Arizona locality. The piece glistens with abundant, sumptuous clusters of this rare lead-copper carbonate-sulfate hydroxide. White, blocky crystals of leadhillite to 1.5 mm provide contrast for the intensely colored caledonite. A beautiful and choice combination specimen. The color is simply shocking and unique in the mineral world, when seen in person. Small crystals, but big impact! Ex. William Pinch collection with label.
