Kasolite and Possible Masuyite (?) With Metatorbernite
Musonoi Mine, Kolwezi, Western area, Shaba Cu belt, Shaba (Katanga), Congo (Zaire)
Small Cabinet, 6.6 x 3.7 x 2.1 cm
A different form of kasolite in the habit of radiating crystal aggregates; also in the presence of another, more orange-red mineral (masuyite is a likely guess although it could simply be an oddly colored second deposition of kasolite - pending analysis). Either way, a gorgeous specimen!
