A rarity for the Portuguese locality, AND superb crystals of the species as well - these are significant libethenite crystals. Nicely emplaced on sparkling, drusy, white quartz are lustrous, green-black crystals, to 7 mm across, of libethenite, a less common member of the olivenite group. Ex Bill Pinch collection (sold in 2002).
