Aesthetically emplaced on a gneiss matrix are a few unusually-shaped lustrous brownish-orange crystals to 1.1 cm in length of the rare species Genthelvite. These translucent crystals are from the big recent finds (2010ish) for bastnaesite and related species, but much more uncommon than the bastnasites.
