The finds of beautiful crystallized sulfur in Bolivia came at a great time, when old specimens from Sicily have become really hard to get and expensive, and only a trickle is coming from Russia. The crystals on this plate are PARTICULARLY gemmy; not opaque bright yellow, but TRANSPARENT. Some crystals are dinged, but you really do not notice it amidst all the flash. You can actually see very flashy faces on most of the larger crystals here. 6.8 x 5.7 x 4.8 cm
