Poldervaartite is a rare nesosilicate not described until 1993 (the type locality is the Wessels Mine, where this specimen is from). This very RICH specimen features five LARGE tan-colored clusters, measuring up to just under 2 centimeters across. The poldervaartite clusters are wonderfully isolated on a contrasting matrix. 8.8 x 4.5 x 3.4 cm
