A beautiful and gemmy doubly-terminated Calcite with a very unusual phantom down the center, as if it was following a twinning plane. The crystal, which is contacted on the back, has a delicate and complex series of faces that are preferentially clear or very finely wavy. Aside from the contact, the Calcite is almost pristine, with a very few minor bruises. A simple, gorgeous Calcite from an important old-time find from India.
