Zagi Mountain (Zegi Mountain), Mulla Ghori, Khyber Agency, Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA), Pakistan
Miniature, 5.0 x 3.8 x 3.4 cm
A textbook, gemmy, 9 mm, honey-brown Bastnaesite crystal jauntily set on gneiss matrix form recent finds at Zagi Mountain, Pakistan. This pristine, SUPERB, sharp crystal has textbook hexagonal form for this RARE cerium carbonate. This crystal has stellar intense color, gemminess, luster, and form. It is from this find that redefines what the average collector can get for the top of the species. The smaller crystal is a nice accent.
