Eveite
Eveite is a rare manganese arsenate hydroxide, a member of the Olivenite Group, and is isostructural with adamite. It forms orthorhombic, apple green to pale yellow, thick tabular, usually composite, barrel-shaped, crystals. Eveite was named in 1967 by Paul Brian Moore for the Biblical Eve. Eveite is found in metamorphosed manganese ores, and stratiform zinc ores. The type locality is Langban, Filipstad, Varmland, Sweden.
