The highlight of this matrix specimen is the single, doubly terminated, gemmy, lustrous, rich, royal blue, crystal of lazulite, perched aesthetically atop. It is freestanding and terminated all around the back; and the crystal measures a whopping 2.0 cm across. That makes this piece the host of the largest crystal in the lot by size across! There is also a distinct possibility that this crystal is twinned, right down the center, due to some unusual faces I see.
