Without question, this azurite specimen is a "killer." Two fat crystals, to 4.0 cm in length, exhibit parallel growth and an elegant splay as they join. The crystals are superbly lustrous and the deepest royal blue possible WITHOUT THE NEED FOR STRONG LIGHTING. The addition of rich green, malachite overgrowth at the base of the crystals adds immensely to the beauty of the specimen by its minor contrast. On the back side of the main crystal termination there is a small contact divot and another slightly further down the backside as well, but this can't be seen when the specimen is properly shown from any frontal angle of display. This is definitely a competition quality specimen. And it is even better in person than the pics indicate.
