- Kudriavy Volcano, Iturup Island, Kuril Islands, Pacific Coast of Russia
This is a remarkably rich, sparkling specimen just smothered with sharp microcrystals of this rare species (to perhaps 1mm...certainly eye visible). This location has also given us rheniite, and is a very important occurence for rare metallic species formed from the volcanic vents here. Analyzed and from the inventory of Josef Vajdak.
