I had this piece many years ago and recently was able to obtain it back. I have always loved it for the sexy, sleek form of the crystal, which is SHARPLY terminated at both ends - about as sharp as you can ask for in a large malachite pseudomorph! Usually, during the process of replacement, for some reason especially in larger crystals, the ends go "fuzzy" and round off as the azurite is replaced by malachite. Not here! The color in person is an intense evergreen-tree hue, with an almost shimmering velvety layer that reflects light. This makes the crystal appear brighter than large pseudos usually do. No damage save a contact, small as it is, on the back of the right termination. Complete around the backside, as a bonus. Comes with custom base for easy display.
