This is a colorful and aesthetic miniature cluster of Elbaite Tourmaline crystals from Bill Larson's Burma collection. The cluster consists of no less than a dozen, lustrous, gemmy to translucent, two-toned, cranberry-red to pink Tourmaline crystals, all of them displaying pyramidal terminations and lightly striated along their length. Most of the crystals are dominated by the rich cranberry red color with the longer crystal in front showing the gradation from vibrant pink to cranberry red towards the termination. This lovely cluster is accented by a few small blades of translucent white Albite for great contrast. This eye-catching miniature is in perfect condition and only contacted at the bottom where it was removed from the pocket. UNIQUE and aesthetic, this is a truly fine Burma miniature.
