Small Cabinet, 6.2 x 4.9 x 4.0 cm
Ex. Richard Rossi
SOLD

An old style, multicolored tourmaline that is a poised and elegant small cabinet sized specimen, this comes from a very classic discovery in the Pederneira Mine of Brazil. The main crystal is 6 cm tall and stands proudly on a well balanced and well-trimmed matrix of lepidolite and smaller tourmalines. It is complete all around and displays beautifully as it is, without need for a prop or tilt to stand. As with most Pederneira pieces, there is a repair - only a single repair in the midpoint of the main crystal, with some minor restoration in the back of the repair (to the rear). Ex Richard Rossi collection, purchased from the owners of the mine at the time.
