Columns of gem-clear, sky-blue, sharply formed Aquamarine crystals in parallel growth are associated with a wreath of Muscovite crystal clusters. Chumar Bakhoor has produced some of the most exciting Aquamarine association specimens in recent years and this one is quite unique. A dozen perfectly hexagonal Aquamarine "pillars" of varying height are in absolute parallel growth relative to one another! They are gem clear with some veiled inclusions and are augmented by two incomplete clusters of silvery Muscovite on one side. All of the Aquamarine crystals have sharply formed faces and edges with only one of the smaller crystals near a muscovite cluster showing a small ding. Contacted on the left side and on the bottom where it was removed from the pocket, but displayable from 3 sides AND it looks startlingly different from each display angle! A fine, unusual specimen that offers unusual value in the price range and size range.
