Venerable old combination piece from the Cacilia Mine in Bavaria. The clusters of bladed Baryte cover most of the Fluorite crystals, which rest on a matrix of massive Fluorite. The tan Baryte blades extend over 3 cm in many cases, and the exposed Fluorite crystals reveal decent gemminess, very good luster, and sharp, brown cores. On top of that, the Fluorites have excellent blue fluorescence. This is an uncommon, and good, locality piece. Prominently illustrated in the recent 64-page article on Kay in Mineralien Welt (6-2017).
