When these came out around 2008-2009, the most desirable of all the wulfenites from this mine in a massive production of material were the 1 in 1000, on this carpet of lush green mimetite. This specimen, nearly 4 inches across, is one I had bought and put away back when they were fresh to market, and remains one of the better examples in its size range. No more have been found since, and one can safely say that they are unique for this famous mine - certainly, the orange on green association, is totally unique! This is a large, undamaged example from a rare and very hard to get special combination seen only briefly within the larger whole of a huge find. It probably was just one single pocket, with this quality, in a small portion of this huge, hundreds-years-old mine.
