Small Cabinet, 5.7 x 3.5 x 2.4 cm
Ex. Giancarlo Fioravanti

The Sphalerites have good to excellent luster, and the complex, largest crystal is 2.1 cm. The crystals are translucent, and they have deep, caramel-brown color. This is also true for the color of the Siderites, which are more in the form of tabular, rhombic crystals. The large Sphalerite is not quite complete, due to either incomplete growth or late-stage etching. For the size of the crystal, this is quite a fine specimen from Italy, though. Old piece from Krantz.
