Emplaced on a matrix of white calcite are a few tabular crystals, to 1.3 cm in length, of lustrous and translucent, grayish blue beryl The sharp one at edge is cleaved on back, but they present well from the front. Excellent representative example. These were originally thought to be Rosterite or Vorobyevite, but further analysis by Dr. Federico Pezzotta confirmed they are alkali-rich beryls.
