Of all the shapes for a diamond to take, this one surprises me the most. Cubes, twins, Octohedra - these we see. But this is shaped like a ball! It is an outstanding round Diamond from the most famous place for them, some remote gem gravels in Brazil. The luster, of course, is adamantine and bright. It is diamond, but just doesn't fit the image of a diamond crystal. The Diamond is quite translucent, and glows nicely when backlit. The pics speak for themselves. Very aesthetic and unusual!
