A juicy, wet-looking specimen with intense yellow-green color (more green than most). This piece is 3-dimensional and nearly complete all around! It has only one small broken crystal on the right side. It has the top luster you could wish for in an Idaho pyromorphite. The wet, sparkling look is much better than the norm, as well. The color is characteristic of the late-1980s production here, at this mine that is now not only closed and defunct, but a toxic Superfund site as well. This is from the collection of Bob Hopper, recently deceased, who was the owner of the mine and maintained a small personal collection representing pieces of different style from the finds of the 1980s and early to mid 1990s.
