These unearthly green quartz crystals came out only once, from a small find in the early 2000's. Most of them were damaged, and few were actually "good" overall. The color is a more even, translucent green hue than with other finds of chlorite or hedenbergite included quartz from this prolific locality. In person, the distinction between this and other pockets is clear and you can see why these have also been more desirable. Over the years, I have bought back all I could as they turn up for sale. This one just came back out of an old collection. Joe Budd photos.
