Hall's mine (Anaconda mine), San Antone District, Nye Co., Nevada, USA

A rare locality specimen of rich lavender-hued creedite from Nevada. Few are seen on the market, and this is one of the very few larger than a miniature that I have ever heard of. It is rich, sparkly, and has a pleasing color to it whereas most material from this mine was white or barely pastel in color. I think these were found in the 1980s. Joe Budd Photos.
