The finds of beautiful crystallized sulfur in Bolivia came at a great time, when old specimens from Sicily have become really hard to get and expensive, and only a trickle is coming from Russia. This is a LARGE plate to complement the smaller one in this set of auctions, for the collector of larger specimens. Some of the crystals here are unusually large for this find, to over 2 centimeters in length. These Bolivian sulfur crystals are way beyond Italian or Russian sulfurs in brightness and luster!
