Stout, highly lustrous and striated stibnite blades in intergrown, radiating sprays form a fine specimen from the Baia Sprie Mine of Romania. The bit of attached wall-rock matrix is a very nice accent, as most Romanian stibnites have no matrix. These stibnite blades are much broader, than typical Romanian stibnites and are far less common. Probably from the 1980s and not available today, except in recycled collections. Ex. William Hiss Collection.
