Stannite, a sulfide of copper, iron an tin, and bismuthinite, the sulfide of bismuth, are both rare. Here, you have both of these rare sulfides on a single specimen. The larger, rough dark crystals to about 1 cm are the stannite, and the bismuthinite is represented by needle-like crystals included inside the quartz crystals.
