For those who know what they are looking at, this piece should be appreciated...it is thought to host one of the largest known crystals of Joaquinite, to a hair over 3 mm in size! That sharp crystal sits front and center on the matrix for nice display. I paid 1200 for this myself, just to have it, I was so shocked. It is, really, an amazing piece (if admittedly esoteric) and I do not think such a specimen can come again the way the recent mining has gone.
