This features a veritable bloom of tightly-packed crystals in back, with individual, isolated crystals to over one centimeter in the foreground. Fine red color, and pretty contrast with the dark manganite matrix make the piece (manganite is the ore of manganese that this mine existed for in the first place). The form is interesting if not the "typical" scaleno habit, and the piece is quite showy. 5.8 x 4.6 x 3.2 cm
