Canada is not well-known for its pyromorphites. Only a few localities have produced specimens of note - they are typically small and unimpressive. The locality for this piece was listed as Moyie, and that can only mean the Society Girl Mine there, for which this is a superb specimen - and yes, though a relatively small thumber, the compound crystal here is large and fine for the locality!
