Small Cabinet, 7.4 x 6.0 x 5.7 cm
Hachupa (Hashupi), Shigar Valley, Skardu District, Baltistan, Northern Areas, Pakistan
A BEAUTIFUL, nearly pristine, complete all-around, lustrous, pearlescent microcline crystal cluster with textbook crystal faces from the recent find in Pakistan. The STRIKING, large, sharp, wedge-shaped termination face is twinned and is frosted snow-white. All sides of this showy crystal are preferentially overgrown by lustrous and transparent light-gray microcline. These are some of the finest microclines found from any locality in recent years. A super-slight termination edge bruise is certainly not a detraction.
