An exceptional, large plate composed of sharp Hausmannite crystals sprinkled with pink datolite crystals. This is a rare, and I think unique, combination found only in one pocket so far as I have been told. The Hausmannites are sharp tetragonal pyramids up to .8 cm on edge, with superb luster. Many retain their individuality, and show beautifully. Many are also complexly intergrown, which are also very attractive and interesting. The datolite crystals are in an unusual tabular habit, with a wonderful pink color and very gemmy. The largest of these oddities is also about .8 cm. Ex. Charlie Key Collection.
