A very sharp crystal of Azurite on matrix. The luster is superb, and the habit unusually pyramidal and 3-dimensional. The very tiny bits of minute wear along a few edges does not detract at all from the aesthetics of the specimen as a competition-worthy thumbnail! It is quite lovely. Purchased from the Zweibels in 1980
