DEN11-426 - Yugawaralite - $ 2500 Malad, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India thumbnail, 3.3 x 3.0 x 0.8
This superb crystal is the best example, gram for gram, I have had of the species (or, seen). The piece is 3.3 cm tall. tilted, it fits in a TN box but if that is too big for the thumbnail collectors out there, i'd simply advise clipping the bottom nub off. The quality, the gemminess, the robust nature of the crystal, all combine to make this an exceptional piece. Again, for the species, I have seen bigger pieces, but just not of this quality in a gem crystal style suitable for the sophisticated collector as opposed to the species collector. It was formerly in the competition thumbnail collection of Ron Pellar. Joe Budd photos. ex Ron Pellar collction

BRILLIANTLY lustrous, clear and white, SHARP crystals of this rare species , on matrix! These are superb examples from a new find that is bringing these once ultra-pricey rarities down to earth in price. In 15 years of looking, i have NEVER SEEN specimens so rich and so cheap of this species. Despite all the tonnes of indian zeolites mined, these are few and far between, and considered extremely rare . BETTER IN PERSON as they are hard to photograph, being so clear and sparkly!
